DIY Cocktail + Wine Bar
/
It's not difficult to put together your own bar at home.
We entertain often and definitely needed an area away from the kitchen where people could pour themselves a glass of wine or throw together a cocktail. I wanted something open feeling but also approachable and modern.

World Market bar.
Throwing and pops of color that pulled from the artwork was what made the space come together. A little bit of disorder amongst the bottles on the tray met clean lines and orderliness on the shelves.
We added a vintage red juicer and a succulent plant that had been started in the greenhouse.

The shelves are simple inexpensive pine boards we picked up at the local lumber shop. We stained them a walnut color and grabbed some hand forged iron brackets on Etsy. About $40 total for these two shelves.

Staggered glasses to fit a few extra.
