located minutes from downtown Bend.


Retreat House Options

We will have a select number of accommodation options in the Retreat House. 

Queen Room Share with friend: $38 per night

Queen Room Private: $78 per night

Twin Group Room: $28 per night   * ONLY 1 BED REMAINING

  • All prices are listed per person, require a 3 evening stay, and are first come first serve.  
  • You may share a Queen Room with a friend or reserve the room for you to enjoy privately.
  • The Twin Group Room offers 4 twin beds and is perfect for friends or individuals to reserve at a fantastic price!


Additional Options

Mount Bachelor Village Resort has special pricing for our Retreat group.  

All housing at the village is within a 4 minute walk from the Retreat House.

Can I come alone?

Absolutely!  Bringing a friend with you would be fun for this particular retreat but many will attend solo.

What's the average age of attendees?

Everyone attending will be in their 20's and 30's.

How many people are attending this retreat?

There are 12 slots for this smaller retreat.

Will I be asked to purchase anything else?

Nope!  These retreats aren't money makers for us. We will never try and up-sell you anything. The retreats are for you to grow, not for our pockets to. 

Is transportation included?

No.  But we shuttles, taxi's, town cars, and carpools will be organized in the first part of 2016.

When does the retreat start?

Friday you may arrive anytime after 6:00 pm to register and meet your fellow retreat pals.

Is this retreat religious or spiritual?

We are not affiliated with a church or religion.  All beliefs, religions, and spiritual practices are welcome at our retreats. 

When does the retreat end?

Monday at 1:30 is when the retreat officially ends.  Everyone must leave the Retreat House by by 10:30am on Monday at which time we will head out for an early lunch and walk, finishing with a closing circle at Mirror Pond Park.  Attendees are welcome to depart the retreat weekend as early as Sunday afternoon after the final Session. 

Can I arrive after Friday? Is there late entry available?

Certainly, but there is no discount available for late arrivals.  We require that you arrive by Saturday morning during breakfast at the latest.

Can I leave early?

Attendees are welcome to depart the retreat weekend as early as Sunday afternoon after the final Session. Emergencies absolutely permit your needing to depart at anytime over the weekend.  We will provide an emergency cell phone number that will be at the Retreat House in case someone needs to reach you during a Session. 

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

You must be between 20 and 30 for this retreat. You may only consume alcohol during meals outside of the Retreat House. 

Can I bring my family to the retreat?

You are welcome to have your family stay elsewhere and may choose to stay with them.  However, a large part of the experience you is heightened by being able to bunk and/or spend free time with your fellow retreat gals.

Is my ticket transferable?

100%.  Just keep in mind that whoever takes your ticket will also be required to use your Retreat House accommodation reservations. 

What are the accommodation options?

We have 2 private rooms with a queen bed in each.  We also have a group room with 2 sets of twin beds. 

What do I need to bring?

A packing list will be sent to you 1 month before the retreat.

What kind of technology can I bring? Is there WIFI or cell phone service?

Anything you like but we hope you'll keep usage to a minimum.  There will be wifi and clear cell service.

What if there is an emergency back home and someone needs to reach me?

Before the retreat we will provide information for you to give to your family and friends in case of emergency.

Can I stay with my friends/partner?

At the Retreat House? Yes!  That's the whole idea!  Make sure you register for your room when you buy your retreat pass.  You are also welcome to stay outside of the Retreat House. All up to you.

Can I bring a dog or my favorite pet?

Your little friend will need to stay at home for this one.

Is there going to be alcohol?

Not this time.  Alcohol while we are out dining is permitted! However, we ask that when we are out to dinner you keep your consumption to a minimum.

I'm introverted/extroverted/ambivert. 

These aren't labels, they are a spectrum.  You may tend to feel one most of the time and if that's the case, please let us know so that we can accommodate.
