How Sessions Work

We begin here with a phone call or video session.

Sessions will take place over phone or video call as often as you like.

We Assess

We learn, assess and test what will help you make the changes you want.

1st Free Session

This is when you will have the chance to hear how sessions will work, ask any questions you might have and give me a sense of what you’d like to accomplish.

Here’s a perk: I will never ask you to commit to a series of sessions. We will work together and take a break whenever you need it!

 

Wellness Session

If your goals are personal and not specifically professional, a wellness session is right up your alley. In your session:

Experience several optional tools, including boundary setting, self-assessments, self-awareness skills, tricks for creating opportunity, group-think, happiness coursework, meditation, and more.

Discuss your values, strengths, and intentions to align your choices with who you are and what you want.

Identify any limiting beliefs and doubts that are holding you back and move through these limitations.

Set authentic long-term goals and optionally set up accountability and rewards.

 

Career + Small Business Session

What we will do:

Articulate what's going to be important in your future career.

Get clear on your skills, strengths, and inner motivations, and purpose for your work.

Broaden your understanding of what opportunities are always around you and learn how to jump on them.

Check and challenge ways of thinking and behaving that hold your back.

Test out 3-5 career concepts that energize you and give you purpose and direction.

Test the viability of new career options from the safety of your day job.

Transition with confidence, clear and fair communication.

Learn to create new work opportunities even where there's no advertised role.

Maybe you'll decide on a 'slow fade' from your old career into your new one. Perhaps you'll take a giant leap.

Map out your career change steps to mitigate the risks of making the shift.

 

Teen + 20-something Session

These sessions come with a deep discount. Therapy and coaching are expensive. While you’re paying for someone’s years of trainings and expertise, it can mean waiting until it’s in your budget. I began work with a coach two decades ago in my early 20’s. It was an amazing relationship and one that I learned so much from. But I was only able to afford it due to her reduced fee. I’m here to pass that on to you.

We all deserve the chance to be guided and expanded. Supported and cheered. The stress of being a teen and 20-something are unlike any other time in your life. You need to talk, have a sounding board, consider legitimate solutions and have support trying them out. Sometimes you just need someone who doesn’t know you to listen fully with an open mind and heart. Something you experienced brought you to this moment of finding me. Let’s start! About these sessions:

Are you in a family where one member leaves the home for long periods of time to engage in a high stress, elite level job? Are you running into a need for structure, understanding, flexibility and deep compassion? This lifestyle can cause major disruptions not only to the family unit but to the person coming and going.

Here are my questions:

Tough time transitioning home? I have systems for you.

Is your family struggling when you’re gone? We can help them.

Does it feel easier to be at work than at home? I completely understand why!

I have studied the psychology of those who leave the home for these jobs, living with a different family of sorts; living another life.

Creating routines and using science backed systems will help you to create a structure to thrive in when you are at work and at home.
