HEY

I’m Allison

People come to coaching when they know something in their life needs to change. They may want clarity, progress, stronger performance, or the confidence to move forward.

But meaningful change rarely comes from insight alone. Real progress requires action.

In my work, we move beyond conversation and mindset shifts. I help clients develop practical tools that allow them to take meaningful steps forward and create lasting change in their lives, leadership, and relationships.

My approach combines structured coaching frameworks with practical resilience tools that help clients move from awareness into action.

I specialize in work with both maritime professionals navigating the demands of life at sea and teenagers building resilience during critical developmental years.

Specialties

My work focuses on helping people build resilience, clarity, and forward momentum in demanding environments.

Areas of focus include:

Personal, emotional, and intellectual wellness

Building resilience and overcoming internal resistance

Teen resilience and confidence development

Coaching for maritime professionals working long tours at sea

Supporting founders and leaders navigating business growth

Coaching Frameworks

The tools and strategies used in sessions draw from several powerful performance and coaching models, including:

  • The Tools Model (Stutz) – practical tools for overcoming internal resistance

  • Traction Model – structured goal setting and execution

  • Dalio Principles – decision-making frameworks for complex environments

  • Compassion Model – emotional intelligence and self-regulation

These frameworks help translate insight into practical action.

CLIENTS Have Spoken

Here’s What Others Are Saying…

“Allison sees what’s possible in even the worst of scenarios and pulls from nowhere some idea, some silver-lining, some literal way forward that I would have never conceived. ”

— Sarah, Elementary Teacher + Parent - Oregon

“I struggle to explain the excitement and energy I feel about following the steps Allison crafts during a session. Her excitement is genuine. She has a way of taking something complex and bringing it into it’s simplistic form so I can truly grasp what I’m working with and what’s ahead.”

— Stella, COO - California

“She has an uncanny ability to not only listen carefully but to be wildly creative in the same moment. Her strategies are practical and genuinely motivating. To say my time with her has been helpful would be an understatement.”

— Paul, SAG and Theatre Actor - Massachusetts

Mariners

Rooted in Maritime Culture. Trained in Resilience & Performance.

Maritime life isn't theoretical to me. My husband has spent nearly two decades as an engineer in the maritime industry, and I've lived alongside that career — through long rotations, international shipyards, and the quiet weight of the transition home. That experience shaped how I understand what mariners actually carry: not just operational pressure, but crew dynamics, family separation, and the emotional compression of life in close quarters.

It's why I built a coaching practice specifically for this community. The tools I use are grounded in evidence-based resilience frameworks, but they're filtered through real familiarity with maritime culture. This isn't generic wellness advice repackaged for the sea — it's work that respects the responsibility mariners hold and meets them where they actually are.

Why Maritime Coaching Is Different

  • Long tours at sea require different mental recovery strategies

  • Leadership dynamics onboard vessels differ from corporate settings

  • Reintegration with family after weeks away requires intentional tools
